Our Mission
Providing security to those who use digital communication to advance society from the free exchange of ideas, to allowing for global commerce, to the democratization of information and education. We are a minority-owned business, with distributed teams across the North America and Africa.
HYPR is now being leveraged by 10% US Fortune 50 companies. HYPR is FIDO certified and is the de facto standard for removing the burden of leveraging passwords.
We Are Working To Improve Africa's Cybersecurity Infrastructure
Over the past year, Afribridge IT partnered with on-the-ground solution providers to implement cutting-edge SAAS solutions across West and South Africa, serving enterprises across a range of industries and with various needs. In 2019, Afribidge IT engaged with HYPR, True Passwordless Security, to transfer its technology globally.
HYPR has transformed the way the users interact with systems by introducing passwordless multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution that completely removes the use of all passwords. HYPR reduces labor-intensive manual processes related to resetting passwords and team member and customer downtime due to password lockout failures, and reducing the risks of ransomware and phishing exposure, account takeover fraud, credential reselling, the reuse of passwords, and the use of compromised passwords.
Unlike authentication methods that rely on centralized passwords stored inside the enterprise, HYPR leverages public-key encryption and FIDO-Certified Authentication to securely store your users’ credentials on their personal devices. This approach to password-less security removes the hacker's primary target and forces attackers to focus on each device individually- drastically shifting the economics in the enterprise's favor.
In 2018, our team was the first to deploy the next generation of endpoint protection that eliminates breaches via micro-virtualization technology. As the Africa point-of-the spear for a large African financial enterprise, we offered white glove services to banks. Starting with Bromium (now HP Sureclick) we provided the world's most advanced endpoint security, even against the most sophisticated zero-day malware. Unlike traditional security technologies, such as AV or virtual containers, which rely on
detection, Bromium's solutions automatically isolated each user-task in a lightweight, CPU-enforced micro-VM. This enabled users to click on anything without risk of compromise, protecting the enterprise. Bromium's technological innovations have earned the company numerous industry awards.
